Australian Fashion Week controversy

Swimsuit designer Lisa Burke of Lisa blue is doing some serious damage control this week after the below swimsuit backfired at Australian Fashion Week. It started on Thursday when a model wore this swimsuit with a picture of the Hindu goddess, Lakshmi on it. The Hindu community have deemed the suit offensive and took to the streets burning the Australian flag in protest. For the past three days.
The brand quickly pulled the design which will never see the light of store and issued an apology to the community.
